This Brut Cava is made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, the traditional grapes of Cava. These varieties thrive in the limestone-rich soils and Mediterranean climate of Penedès, where cool nights help preserve the grapes’ natural acidity and freshness.
