Beykush is a Ukrainian wine producer, creating unique wines with recognisable character. The wines come out in small batches from international and rare experimental varieties.
The vineyards grow in a unique place, on the Beykush Cape, with the Berezan Estuary washing one side and the Beykush Bay on the other.
Beykush White is made from 100% Albarino grapes. Fermented and in stainless steel, the wine is fruit-forward with zippy acidity, aromas of warm-climate fruits, and melon with sweet white cherry flavours. Perfectly balanced, this is a perfect white to start your evening with.
Food pairing suggestion: Classic Ukrainian Pierogi with mashed potatoes and fried onions.
