Rich and spicy red produced from a blend of Tinto de Pais (Tempranillo) and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine spends 16 months in new French oak lending the wine delicious toasty oak notes. This is similar in style to Rioja but notably richer and more concentrated in black fruit flavours. This is a real treat with slow-cooked shoulder of lamb.
