Cyprus-born businessman ZENO lived from 334 to 262 B.C. He was shipwrecked off the Greek shore and ended up lost and sunburned as he went towards Athens, where he encountered the eminent philosopher Socrates, who would later become his mentor and teacher. It marked the beginning of Stoicism, one of history’s most important philosophical movements.

When ZENO wasn’t busy philosophising, his favourite pastime was to relax outside with a glass of wine and some figs.

Balance is the key. With a focus on regional and varietal expression, ZENO’s goal was to create the greatest alcohol-free wine choices for the more discerning wine lover on occasions when they prefer not to consume alcohol.

ZENO produces high-quality wines while supporting research and development to maintain the standard for alcohol-free wines rising.

The ZENO wine-making process starts in the vineyards in central Spain, where naturally grown vines are tucked away on sloping hillsides, surrounded by lovely almond groves and sheep grazing in lush meadows.

Only the best fruit parcels are chosen at harvest, each one carefully chosen for the ideal outcome throughout the de-alcoholization process.

ZENO Alcohol-Liberated White has a bright, polished look of green straw and strong, fruity scents of citrus, passionfruit, and green apple. Ripe mango, passionfruit, crisp apple, and zingy citrus flavours with a complex mouthfeel on the palate. An elderflower and mild herbaceous note appear on the lengthy finish.

Did you know? ZENO logo is symbolised by Cicero, a Roman statesman and philosopher, as “Knowledge, the fist in hand”, and is the sum of 4 virtues: Moderation, Justice, Wisdom and Caurage.
