Online Cheese & Wine Tasting – Martin Codax – Spain

We are joined by Celina Rodríguez Búa, the export Director from the iconic Rias Baixas producer; Martin Codax.
Martín Códax was one of the pioneers of the Galician region, promoting modern viticulture practices in an area that was historically very traditional. This pioneering spirit meant that they focused strongly on the finest grape variety of the region Albarino, producing wine that is fresh, delicious and crisp.
During this tasting we will discover the three key regions and the three most important grape varieties for the area. Albarino, Godello and Mencia. This will give you a snapshot of the region which is currently one of the most exciting regions in Spain.
