Planteray (Formerly Plantation) Rum Tasting at Edgbaston

This is a tasting a touch different from what we usually host. We are hosting one of the world’s great rum brands. The tasting will be hosted by one of the great presenters in the rum trade, Paul McFadyen. Forget what you may think about rum; these products are genuinely for everyone and are quickly becoming one of the most on-trend drinks in the world, with Plantery showing the pinnacle of what rum has to offer.

All of the unique terroirs we share have their own story, their own style and their own place and we’re here to honour this.”

A globally recognised expert in the field of rum, with over 25 years experience in rum and 15 years as Planteray Brand Ambassador, Paul is perfectly placed to take you an exploration of the most unique and diverse category in world spirits.  His comprehensive understanding of the rum category brings sense and structure to your experience of an often-misunderstood spirit.
