Crafted from a blend of the indigenous Negroamaro grape and the globally renowned Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine undergoes meticulous hand-picking and sorting before undergoing fermentation at controlled temperatures, preserving its inherent fruitiness. The result is a refreshing rosé, with notes of wild berries, cherries, and subtle undertones of rose petals. Its palate offers a crisp, pristine sensation, harmonised by a gentle sweetness and a nuanced spicy notes.
