Tormentoso was the first name given to the Cape of Good Hope by the Portuguese. This struggle is reflected in this wine, where they use no irrigation and the vines are often under a lot of stress. This stress however leads to rich fruit concentration and a full bodied wine. A top quality unusual wine.
