Roberto Anselmi has the finest vineyard plot in Soave, but left the DOC due to restrictive rules and ‘bureaucracy’. The grapes are dried and botrytis affects about half of the grapes making wonderful tangerine and marmalade notes, with still the zip of citrus freshness. A stunning and uncommon sweet wine.

Boer & Brit is made by two best friends whose great grandparents fought (and died) on opposite sides in the Boer War. This wine is homage to them.
